You will be notified of your tracking number on the day of the products have been dispatched. Once the product has been dispatched, it is no longer under the responsibility of Second Swim, and any lost or misplaced parcels will be dealt with by Australia Post, however we will do our best to assist you with this process.
International shipping is available, and we offer Standard and Express National shipping options. You are liable for any duty or tax that your country may charge.
*International packages are not insured. We recommend arranging separate insurance. Second Swim is not liable for lost packages.
All exchanges on sizes must be notified within 5 days of receiving the deliverables. Please refer to our Contact page and fill out the Exchange form.
We undertake to replace you for any product delivered to you that is incorrect, faulty or is in a damaged condition upon arrival. If you wish to return an incorrect, faulty or damaged product, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving the deliverables.
Please note all refunds will be the original cost of goods, less the cost of the return postage.
Second Swim will organise your return shipping label on your behalf.
You will have 20 days to send the returned product back.
After this day, your return label will be cancelled, and the item is no longer eligible for return.
Once the item has been returned, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please keep in mind this may take longer if public holidays occur.
