You will be notified of your tracking number on the day of the products have been dispatched. Once the product has been dispatched, it is no longer under the responsibility of Second Swim, and any lost or misplaced parcels will be dealt with by Australia Post.
International orders are shipped via Australia Post and we offer regular Express Shipping. You are liable for any duty or tax that your country may charge.
*International packages are not insured. We recommend arranging separate insurance. Second Swim is not liable for lost packages.
All exchanges on sizes must be notified within 5 days of receiving the deliverables. Please refer to our Contact page and fill out the Exchange form.
We undertake to replace you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition upon arrival. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving the deliverables.
If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card or another payment method for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
Each dispatched order will also have an included printout of the Returns Form. This form must be returned with the product. The Returns Form will require a raised credit number (RCN) which you shall receive in an e-mail upon the credit request.
Do not send back the goods until you have received your RCN, to ensure your returns and/or exchanges are adequate. This will need to be displayed clearly on the Returns Form.
